it's holiday. nothing much to think of. free from campus life. so, spent few hours of my days, reading this novel. actually, had bought it for quite some time, but only now, i had the opportunity to read it. it's a good book. no doubt! especially, for medical students. who will be entering their career life. being a doctor is not solely about treating the medical illnesses, it's also about treating their souls and helping them especially in the religious practices (started to realize that, i'm not good in this as well. hopefully, i can gain adequate knowledge and guidance, somehow). so, here's the synopsis for this book (which i took from its cover):

DENYUT KASIH MEDIK merupakan sebuah kisah perjuangan seorang doktor muda mengaplikasikan syariat di hospital ketika bergelar doktor pelatih (houseman). Ia juga kisah masyarakat kerana menyentuh isu-isu perubatan dalam kehidupan masyarakat. Bukan itu sahaja, ia kisah seorang pemuda yang hidupnya sarat impian dan cita-cita. Lebih menarik, ia bukan hanya menyentuh fiqh perubatan bahkan turut menyelitkan fiqh wanita dan fiqh cinta. Nikmatilah suatu kisah indah yang sungguh membina, Denyut Kasih Medik.

finished with this novel. planning of buying another one. now, surveying on Pemilik Cintaku Setelah Allah & Rasul. but am still surveying other good novel from Telaga Biru. hope to find one that suits me well, Insya Allah.
